Delivery times
Order slips, invoices, and receipts
- Order deliveries will only be made by the logistics operator on weekdays, Monday to Friday.
- The successful delivery of the order depends on the accuracy of the data provided by the customer, namely the address;
- From the moment our logistics operator delivers the order to the customer, Herdade da Amada considers that the delivery has been completed;
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that the delivered products are in good condition. If this is not the case, contact should be made within a maximum of 24 hours with the Sales/Customer Support Team of Herdade da Amada, via email geral@herdadedaamada.pt
- All shipping costs inherent to the order are invoiced per order and not per product. Thus, the customer can include more than one product in their order and will only pay for shipping costs once, if applicable;
- Herdade da Amada warns consumers that deliveries to other European countries will be quoted according to the destination and volume of the order.
Delivery times
- Herdade da Amada calculates the following delivery times for orders, considering only business days and after the order has left our facilities:
- In mainland Portugal between 48 and 72 business hours, except for exceptions due to reasons beyond Herdade da Amada's control;
- In the Archipelagos of Madeira and Azores up to a limit of 7 days, except for exceptions due to reasons beyond Herdade da Amada's control;
- For peninsular Spain, up to a limit of 7 days, except for exceptions due to reasons beyond Herdade da Amada's control;
- The customer will not be entitled to any compensation if there is a delay in the dispatch of items, taking into account the estimated delivery dates for the order.
Order slips, invoices, and receipts
- The order confirmation, which contains the purchased products as well as the amount paid, has no accounting value, serving only as a document proving the completion of the purchase. Invoices and receipts, with or without NIF, are issued and subsequently sent along with the order;
