Herdade da Amada 3 Alicante Bouschet 2023 75cl

Ruby, deep, profound. A pure and effusive aromatic profile, revealing the grape variety. Concentrated, rustic and balsamic, with bergamot and cassis in the forefront, well-integrated wood, and slight nuances of India ink. The palate reveals power, freshness, and concentration. Silky tannins, almost velvety, providing great depth of flavour. A unique wine that will live long and good years.

At the table, it can stand shoulder to shoulder with the most structured meat dishes, whether roasted, stewed, or pot-cooked, with varying complexity of seasonings, and will always be a good option for traditional delicacies involving smoked charcuterie. Its overall body, volume, and persistence offer great complementarity in a rich gastronomic experience. Finally, the pairing with conventual sweets will be delightful and surprising.
