On the palate, the attack is intense, with enormous breadth and angularity. Tense and lively, the acidity provides the point of balance and crispness that gives it an incredibly persistent freshness.

With its vibrant acidity, firm texture and evolving notes, this Arinto calls for gastronomic dishes with a certain complexity. Its cutting freshness perfectly balances fatty or oven-baked fish, such as sea bass or confit cod. Intense-flavoured seafood, such as clams or scallops, also stands out. Roasted white meats and more mature soft cheeses prove to be excellent companions, enhancing the tension and depth of this wine.
