On the palate, the attack is intense, with enormous amplitude and angularity. Tense and lively, the acidity provides the point of balance and crunch that gives it an incredibly persistent freshness.

With its vibrant acidity, firm texture, and evolving notes, this Arinto calls for gastronomic dishes with a certain complexity.
