Its spicy side is immediately apparent, with floral notes of pink peppercorns in good harmony with wild berries, especially blueberry and cranberry. In the background, liquorice and restrained toast. On the palate, the first impact is an explosion of intensity. Lively, with opulent tannins and great angularity, it leads to a long and very persistent finish, with finesse, where freshness and acidity raise the bar for longevity.
